Dr. Tripat Gill (Wilfrid Laurier University, Expertise - Innovation in startups)
Dr. Tripat Gill is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the Laurier Research Chair in Consumer Insights and Innovation at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada. With over 20 years of experience in leading universities across Canada, the U.S., and beyond, he specializes in innovation, technology marketing, AI, and consumer behavior. A widely published researcher with over $1.5 million in research grants, Dr. Gill’s work appears in top-tier marketing and interdisciplinary journals. He is also the author of an upcoming textbook on high-tech marketing, shaping strategies for disruptive innovations, platforms, and startups.

Dr. Ali Anwar (James Madison University, Expertise - Sales and Distribution
Dr. Ali Anwar is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Professional Selling at James Madison University, USA. His research explores marketing strategy, sales force management, and technology commercialization, with a focus on startups and B2B organizations navigating innovation and adversity. A recipient of multiple prestigious research awards and grants, his work has been published in leading academic journals.
